  1. BOOK- Either contact us directly or purchase the package online to begin.
  2. CONSULTATION- We will then set up a time (over Zoom) for a short 60-minuite session to understand your brand and needs, explain all the details/information we require (such as logo, information for the pages, photos, etc) and also confirm who will be the POC (point of contact) at your practice (yourself or a selected team member).
  3. INFORMATION- We will send your POC with an editable template to add information about the pages, contact info and more.
  4. WEBSITE PREVIEW- Once all the details we require are received, we will design your website, and you will receive a preview of the website within just 7-10 business days
  5. UPDATES- We will make any requested changes and updates (this can take between 1-3 business days based on the requests)
  6. WEBSITE LIVE- Once approved, your website will be made live within 3 business days.
  7. TRAINING- With the site live, we will then complete a remote training session with the POC who will be making site updates at your practice.


And for the first 2 weeks, we will be there right with you to ensure you are ready to meet and connect with your patients online.


    • This package does not include copywriting. It comes with copy optimisation, from supplied copy by you. Any copywriting required will be quoted and charged seperately.
    • This package does not include graphic design. It comes with image optimisation, from supplied images by you. Any graphic design required will be quoted seperately.
    • Website package does not include Domain or Hosting. Additonal costs apply.
    • Package includes 1 x round of Major revisions and 2 x rounds of Minor revisions.
